Oversight on DEI Materials

· An oversight committee should be formed to ensure the non-inclusion of DEI materials or rebranding of such materials, as defined in SB17 (88^th) in the publicly funded higher education system. On the second finding of a violation, state funding to the institution shall be withdrawn.
